If you’ve started playing on a new device and want to recover your progress, our team can manually transfer your account.

To help us locate it, please contact Support and share:

  • Your Player ID from both devices (old and new)

If you can’t access your old device, please provide instead:

  • The account name you used

  • Your level and approximate coin balance

  • Your country and city

  • The date of your last login

Once we have this information, we’ll restore your progress on your new device.
