How to Report a Bug
If you encounter a bug while playing, follow these steps to report it:
- Take a Screenshot or Record the Issue: If possible, capture a screenshot or video of the bug in action to help us understand the problem better.
- Note the Details: Write down important details like what you were doing when the bug occurred, the device and operating system you're using, and the version of the game.
- Go to the Support Section: In the game, navigate to the Support section, found in the Settings menu.
- Submit a Bug Report: Look for the "Report a Bug" option. Provide a brief description of the issue, attach any screenshots or videos you have, and include the details you noted earlier.
- Send the Report: Once you've filled out the necessary information, submit your report. Our team will review it and work on a fix as soon as possible.
- Please take a screenshot of the Settings screen which has your Player ID number on it. This will help us identify your account.
