How to Report a Bug

If you encounter a bug while playing, follow these steps to report it:

  1. Take a Screenshot or Record the Issue: If possible, capture a screenshot or video of the bug in action to help us understand the problem better.
  2. Note the Details: Write down important details like what you were doing when the bug occurred, the device and operating system you're using, and the version of the game.
  3. Go to the Support Section: In the game, navigate to the Support section, found in the Settings menu.
  4. Submit a Bug Report: Look for the "Report a Bug" option. Provide a brief description of the issue, attach any screenshots or videos you have, and include the details you noted earlier.
  5. Send the Report: Once you've filled out the necessary information, submit your report. Our team will review it and work on a fix as soon as possible. 
  6. Please take a screenshot of the Settings screen which has your Player ID number on it. This will help us identify your account.
