You have the right to delete all of your game account data collected in our application. Please keep in mind that deletion of your game account data means deletion of all the information we have collected about your game account including all in-game currency and progress, whether paid or not.
This process might take up to 30 days upon the submission of form, and once your game account data has been deleted, it will not be restorable. However, should you wish to play, it will be possible to start the game over from Level 1.
If you would like to request deletion of your game account data please follow these steps;
- Open your game
- Tap the settings button in the lower right corner
- Tap the ‘Help and Support’ button and choose the ‘ACCOUNT DELETION’ article
- Tap the contact us button in the upper right corner
- In the window, write your request for the deletion of your game account data and send your request
