What is the Submarine Race?
Submarine Race is a time-limited sprint against 4 other players (5 total). Beat X levels faster than the others to place in the top 3 and earn rewards.
- Your goal is simple: be among the first to finish X levels.
- The race leaderboard updates as soon as someone clears a level.
- Top players get rewards.
- Each race is standalone—progress doesn’t carry over to future races.
How do I participate?
- Reach level 32 to unlock Submarine Race.
- Be connected to the internet (the event isn’t available in airplane mode).
- Tap the event and press “START/JOIN” to enter the race.
- If you don’t join, you’ll still see reminders, but you won’t be placed or earn race rewards.
How do I progress and win?
- Win levels while the race is active—each win moves you closer to the X-level target.
- The event includes 3 rounds total, each with a higher level target.
- When you win a round, you move on to the next one.
- If you lose, you simply replay that same round until you win and move up.
- Your position and the countdown show on the event icon and in the race popup.
- Failed levels don’t advance your progress.
How do rewards work?
- Top finishers receive rewards (higher place = better reward).
- When you qualify, a CLAIM prompt appears on the icon or popup—claim from there.
- If the race ends while you’re eligible, you’ll see the ending screen to claim your reward.
- Claim window: rewards stay available for a limited time—claim before the timer ends.
Event timing
- Submarine Race is time-limited; watch the countdown on the icon/panel.
- Near the end, joining may be disabled (you’ll see a “nearly over” message).
- If you never joined and the timer runs out, the icon disappears and you won’t receive rewards for that round.
- If you won and haven’t claimed yet, the icon shows CLAIM until the claim window expires.
